You can park 1 vehicle in the residence's free parking lot. Once parked, everything can be done on foot. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in the loggia. In the bedroom, you will find two 90 x 190 single beds that can be pushed together to create a single double bed, as in the photos. You have a 140 x 190 convertible sofa in the living room for the other two beds. For amenities, you have a bathroom with separate WC. As for the exterior, you will benefit from a private garden with table, chairs, and parasol, as well as private access overlooking a dead end. It is a very pleasant space allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded as you wish. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region in peace while being close to the city center.
