OVERVIEW: Newly and Completely Renovated two bedroom, two bathroom ground level condominium with all new appliances, furniture, and decor.
This one-level condo will sleep six comfortably- King Primary Bedroom and the second bedroom offers a Pyramid Bunk Bed and Queen Sleep Sofa in the living room. Lovely screened-in porch, shared stackable washer & dryer, SMART TV in the living room, dining area to accommodate 6, and off-street parking for one car.
Home chefs will appreciate the well-appointed kitchen, free Wi-Fi, an outdoor shower, and comfortable, brand-new furnishings. The perfect location is only steps from the beach. Jump on the Jolly Trolley for a quick ride to Dewey Beach for more fine dining and shops.
Enjoy a true getaway! No smoking and linens are not provided. However, we can set you up with a rental service.
LOCATION: OCEANBLOCK! Located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, you are just a few steps from Rehoboth Beach's famous Beach and Boardwalk. Take a quick walk to Rehoboth Ave for fine dining and tax-free shopping, or enjoy a day at Fun Land, which is only one block away. Just park and walk everywhere!
PARKING: Assigned off-street parking for one car.
AMENITIES: SMART TV, shared washer & dryer, screened-in porch, Wi-Fi, and outdoor shower.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation. The washer and dryer are shared, and linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. This condo rents from Saturday to Saturday in the prime summer months. No pets and no smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

Beach bliss

Everything was exactly as described. A very comfortable fit for our small family. Two bathrooms were a welcomed feature. Proximity to the beach & boardwalk is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach Condo on Hickman

This condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Very close to the beach and center of town. The parking in the lot along with the permit passes made it easy for all of us to park. And the convenience of the location allowed us to not need our cars all week!

Best time yet

This location is the best spot we've stayed at in Rehoboth yet. Seconds from the boardwalk, very cute street and amazing finishes indoors. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. Lots of wonderful family dinners at the dining room table, and plenty of space to sit and relax after long days at the beach. The outdoor shower around back is great and every detail for the vacationer was addressed. We hope to be back next year!

Clean and comfortable week at rehoboth

This was a great space for our family this past week! Very clean and comfortable. We had all the kitchen amenities to cook in a few nights. And so close to the beach!
