Perfect location, and perfect property!

My mom, partner and I loved our stay here! After plans changed of other vacationers, Connie promptly contacted me and informed me that she upgraded us to the Sea Shanty. It was extremely clean, cozy, and had everything you would need, including a very well appointed kitchen! The location is amazing, just steps from Bishops beach. Connie was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as communicative. Will absolutely be booking again!

Perfect basecamp

Just what we were looking for

Comfortable cottage with a beautiful beach within walking distance. Quick access to the offerings of Homer and the Homer Spit. Restaurants in the area were great. Fishing for Halibut! Hiking in Kachemak SP/Grewingk Glacier. Bear viewing trip. And sightseeing water taxi around the bay. Then a bit of relaxation at a Norwegian style spa right on the shoreline. Ahhhhh.

Family beach get-away

We stayed two nights in this cozy little house. There are three other rentals on same lot. Quiet and peaceful. Easy, short walk to the beach. TV, books and games- but we never used the TV!!! Restaurants in walking distance, short drive to the Spit. Definitely recommended!!!

Everything was good!

It’s not often everything is so good…booking process, fair price, communication, location, comfort level and cleanliness…bedroom, bathroom, kitchen setup…what else to say? Nothing was missing…needed nothing else. Had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Cute small house in Homer

This is a cute little house in Homer - it's a bit tight for a family of 5, but it worked for us. Two kids shared a bed and one kid slept on the murphy bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms has a door but it doesn't go all the way to the ceiling, so it's more of a little barrier, not quite a room. The location is great, plenty of places to walk to (the crepe place down the street is wonderful and so is the winery), and the Homer Spit is a short drive away.

Perfect location

What a lovely place to spend time while visiting Homer. Comfortable and well stocked, clean, charming. Five minute walk to beach and multiple eateries. Beautiful!

Homer Vacation

The In-laws loved the place and the quick response when we need help! Connie was wonderful to talk to, and even was delightful for our kids asking questions! Everything worked as advertised (once we figured out how to operate a gas stove) and was comfortable and nice. Always been on my short list, but has now been moved to the top!

Lovely Seaside Cottage in Homer

This Garden Shed cottage was perfect for 3 adult women. Very charming with the seaside decor and location 2 blocks from the beach. We were excited to have 2 bedrooms plus a Murphy bed so we could each have our own space. We also loved being close to several wonderful food establishments.

A weekend to fish

Lovely property with great deck. Perfect for a walk on the beach in the evening and a short driving distance to all stores and restaurants. All beds were comfortable. The only complaint is that only 1 bedroom is private as the other is separated from the living area and the third bed (pull down) by a wall that does not reach the ceiling.
