Kamaole I Beach is one of Maui's best stretches of sand and will be your gateway to the meandering beach path that meanders for miles to the South, past the Wailea resorts and Kamaole II and III Beaches. Located in the heart of South Maui's beach culture, you are a block from Kihei's best surf break, across the street from kayak/SUP rentals, and a short walk to more than a dozen great restaurants and a grocery store.

Nature has seen to the spectacular view and soothing ocean, and the loving owners of this well-appointed condo have done the rest. Split system air conditioning tempers Kihei's year-round summer temperatures, ultra-fast internet keeps you connected, and a comfortable king mattress will lull you to sleep and help you prepare for the next day's adventure.

Enjoy Maui's astonishing sunsets, cook full-scale island feasts on the gas grill and fully equipped kitchen, or hang with the gentle, grazing sea turtles you are likely to see right out front. During whale season (November to April), you will have a private front row seat to the antics or launch a kayak from right out front and enjoy a special close-range adventure.

The kitchen features elegant custom bamboo cabinetry, granite surfaces, full sized stainless appliances, microwave, and coffee maker. Upgraded cable streams through a wall-mounted Smart TV.

There is nothing like being beach front on Maui to make your vacation one you will never forget. Your designated parking space and a shared laundry room are just downstairs.

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler.

Amazing views

We had a great time at this spot for our week long honeymoon. The views for our nightly sunset were always included and always amazing. We saw whales, turtles, and seals all from the small beach in front of us. The unit is stocked with everything that you’d need and is close to shopping. We would absolutely love to return and stay here again!

True Oceanfront

Beautiful place on the water, easy parking off the main drag of Kihei Road. Whale watching on your ocean view lanai and every evening it’s the perfect place to catch the sunset.

Great location and amazing view

We booked this condo for its location and view and they did not disappoint! We loved it. The condo is comfortable with all amenities you might need. We knew from the other reviews that the furniture is dated, so it was not a surprise. The couch in the living room need to be replaced and the cabinets in the kitchen fixed. It also would be nice to have more shampoo and conditioner (sample size only was provided), some oil and at least start up coffee pods for the first morning after your arrival. Other than that our stay was wonderful. It's a lovely small condo building right on the snorkeling beach and few steps from sandy beach. We enjoyed watching turtles, whales and surfers from the balcony. The location is very central for Kihei. Loved our stay and would recommend it.

PERFECT BEAUTIFUL LOCATION

We enjoyed this condo and its beautiful view of the ocean and stunning sunsets! Coffee in the morning on the lanai and a glass of wine in the evening was amazing! Very private and quiet location. The condo was spacious for the 2 of us and the king bed was so comfortable! We were able to walk to beaches, restaurants and Three’s for appetizers! Overall everything we were looking for!

Maui vacation

Above all, great view! Had everything we needed and the property manager was very communicative ahead of our stay. Area definitely is fun and we enjoyed the local restaurants nearby, but not quite as nice as further south in Kihei and especially Wailea. Great time though!

Amazing rental!

I’ve stayed at other rentals on the same street on previous trips to Maui and this one is by far my favorite. The property has amazing views and right on the water. Everything was clean and they provided beach chairs and umbrellas. You can snorkel right on the beach in front of the property and the Charlie young beach is only a 2 min walk from here and area is great for beginner surfers. Every amenities you can think of is also a 5 min walk away. Would definitely book this place again. The property management has great communication and we had no problems during our stay at all. If these condos offered other units with more bedrooms, I definitely recommend for a family. We stayed in one of their one bedroom condos.

Great overall experience

We loved the location of this unit and especially loved the ocean view with the high surf in January. Whales were aplenty to watch. Nearness to Kamaole Beaches was an easy walk for morning enjoyment. The unit could use some modernizing in terms of wall decor and furniture. There is no pool. The lanai is a very nice place to enjoy morning coffee and meals. Overall a good place to enjoy.

This was at a pefect location! Right by the beach, close to several restaurants/food trucks and centrally located to visit many spots around Maui. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days. Highly recommended!

Location is excellent, right on the water. We went snorkeling off the small hidden beach just in front of the building and saw 3 turtles! Everything you need to chill on the beach is provided (chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, etc). Very close to great local restaurants (Kihei Caffe, Paia Fish Market). Parking is very tight, but doable. Decor is outdated, but the view is beautiful. Next door neighbors had some construction going on during the day the one day we weren't out and about which was annoying but not unreasonable. Shower wasn't amazing if that's important to you, but it works. Bedroom windows face the stairwell and can let in a lot of noise with people talking outside in the morning or at night but not a deal breaker. Overall, excellent stay and host, real gem with the location and (sort of) private beach.
