PLEASE NOTE MIN 2 WEEKS RENTALS DURING JULY AND AUGUST. Wonderful Montauk country retreat, walking distance to private Culloden Shores calm, family beach (with lifeguard) at the end of the block. Oversized property with large multi-tree/shaded park-like yard (fully fenced) with fire pit. Enjoy beach sunsets (west facing) with a beach bonfire and picnic! Newly renovated kitchen and floors and Nautical/Beach vibes throughout the house. Sleeps 8 adults in 4 bedrooms (plus 1child size futon also on site). Outdoor deck with shower and BBQ grill. Parking for 4+ cars. Walking distance to Gosman's Restaurants/fish/produce market, The Dock, Salivars and other bars/night-spots, restaurants with live music. Goldberg's Bagels :) and the best Sushi take out in Montauk less than 10 min walk. Boogey board, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, sand toys -Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation! Toddler high chair and infant/toddler pack and play available on request .

We are life time Long Islanders with 4 adult children that love Montauk and have been visiting for years. Finally realized our dream and purchased a home here so we can spend more time where we love. This is our family home. We occasionally rent it out when we can't use it ourselves. We hope you will enjoy it (and respect it) as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
Great location to walk to beach, restaurants and marina. Peaceful, quiet serene location. Friendly neighborhood. Great sunsets! Walking distance (3 min) to private, calm beach (with lifeguard) at the end of the block. Very family oriented area. Enjoy the infamous beach sunset daily ritual (west facing) with beach bonfires and picnics! Walking distance to Gosman's Dock restuarants, food/produce/fish market, and shops. Many other restaurants walking distance including Goldberg's Bagels! Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation! Upon booking we are available to give out our secret and favorite will have access to many local secret spots and recommendations .
What makes this property unique
We have kayaks, a SUP, a surfboard, beach chairs and bikes for our guests. Enjoy all the natural beauty of Montauk. Beach bonfires, watch western sunsets or fish off the inlet pier at the very quiet and family oriented Gin beach at the end of East Lake Drive. And if you get a "keeper" just walk into the Inlet restaurant next to the beach and ask them to cook your catch into a gourmet dinner. You can kayak, bike across the lake (or drive) to the Crow's Nest or Gurney's Star Island Resort or just cruise around the lake on the SUP. A marina with charter fishing trips and The Montauk airport with private flight transportation ( and flying lessons!) is less than a mile away!
