Great space & communication with the property manager was quick and responsive!
Great location for the area we were visiting.
The lake front space was nice & relaxing.
The beds are super comfy!
Will recommend & stay here again!
The home was very cozy and had everything one would need. Great location and was able to do some fishing. Neighbors are also very kind. The host was awesome and the stay was very memorable! Would stay here again!
Super hosts. Friendly and hospitable, their cottage was perfect for a long family weekend. Super clean and comfy, with a nice dock in the protected bay to moor your boat at night. Great neighborhood village to explore when not on the water.
The house was incredibly clean, the location is so ideal, the owner was EXTREMELY kind and super accommodating to our needs. We are hoping to be back next summer!
Although no view of lake from inside house, we had a great view out in the yard. Wilbur was great and we enjoyed our stay very much. Located close to the bike trail and eating.
This property was very clean and updated! The master bed was very comfortable! The host and his spouse were very accommodating. The neighborhood was very quiet. Really enjoyed our stay!
Wilbur provides a beautiful clean cottage. Took a nice walk every day, fished, and visited many different restaurants. Very relaxing. Hope to come back one day.
House was immaculate true to pictures. Area was safe and friendly. We took advantage of boat dock and rented a pontoon. Wilbur was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. We had a very memorable weekend on Buckeye Lake and will definately be back.

Owner was very nice. We had trouble figuring out how to use the door lock and her was so patient and kind. Property was clean and quiet. Price was reasonable for a holiday weekend.
We enjoyed this cottage a lot. It was very clean, beds were comfy, well stocked with items that we could use (toilet paper, paper towels, spices, etc). Located close enough that you could walk to lake where they had chairs and a fire pit you could use. Wilber was a terrific host and answered all questions. We will definitely rent this place next time we are in Ohio! Thanks Wilber - it is a beautiful cottage.
One of the most enjoyable mini vacations we have taken. Everything we needed and more. The host was wonderful. The property was amazingly clean. A table inside was full of information of all the things to do and places to go. Sitting by the lakeside fire was so relaxing and perfect for us

We were impressed with this property as soon as we walked in the door. The cleanliness was beyond reproach and you could tell that every detail was paid attention. There was plenty of kitchenware for meal preps and not one dinner prep utensil was overlooked. The beds were comfortable and clean and the bathroom was very clean and nice.
There is a Mroger’s not too far down the road and plenty of places to eat nearby. It’s also a very short drive to the many lake opportunities.
I highly recommend this property if you are in the Buckeye Lake area. This will be the first property that I would look for availability if I go back to the area.
House was very nice and homey. It is not lake front and you can't see the lake from the house but the access is a short walk, just past the neighbors house. We had an incident that no one was at fault for and Wilbur was incredibly accommodating and helpful. He went above and beyond. The kids enjoyed swimming off the dock (wear water shoes!). There is a VERY nice beach directly across the lake (about a 20 minute drive). Lots of places to access from the lake. Great location - not far from conveniences.
Our stay at 224 Union st was great. Very clean, well stocked with every day items to make you feel right at home. Fishing from the dock was fun. Caught bluegills, catfish of all sizes, and Saugeye. The catfish and saugeye were 20”. The neighbors were all friendly and nice to talk to. Our only suggestion would be to have ceiling fans in all the bed rooms. (But, there is a standing fan in the closet). Debby and Wilber are super nice and willing help you enjoy your stay.
We have stayed at dozens of VRBO properties and this rental was by far the cleanest. The house was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. Wilbur and his family take this rental home very seriously and make certain all guests are comfortable. We had everything we needed and more; Propane for the grill, all household essentials, and even provided some firewood to get us started. We cannot thank Wilbur and his family enough for being so kind, generous, and professional! We will recommend this rental to anyone looking! ....just one or two tips......some kid friendly dishes (plastic) and another set or two of adult dishes so not so much washing needs to be done . :)
This is a nice 3-bedroom, 1-bath home where everything is clean and usable. The bathroom/kitchen/laundry supplies in the house were helpful, and so were the printed house instructions and travel guide info brochures. The master bedroom has a king-size bed which seems to be a welcome but rare find in this general area (most other rental houses just have queens as their largest bed), and it was a comfortable mattress (not too hard, not too soft). The double-size bed is firm. I don't know what the twin-size bed feels like. The living room couches and dining room chairs are all clean, sturdy, and comfortable. This rental house enabled us to have a very successful visit to the area. Wilbur was very gracious in his communications, and I won't hestitate to book again.
