We purchased our Condo 5 years ago and renovated with a clean, Mid-Century Modern design and feel. We love to walk out to our dock and sit and read, fish or just watch the dolphins play.

Our Waterfront condo , south of Doctors Pass is directly across from the Sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico. Nightly happy hour with our feet in the sand make this the most relaxing destination in SW Florida. Directly across from the Edgewater Hotel offers ultimate flexibility utilizing the hotel amenities such as restaurants and pool cabana!
