NOTE: After booking request is received, you will receive a message with a few questions before reservation is confirmed. We want to make sure our home is the perfect fit for your vacation needs before confirming reservation (i.e number of guests, parking needs, etc). Guests will need to respond within 2 hours of the booking request timing out or request will be declined.
This lakefront dream is the perfect vacation retreat for families! Located in Sunrise Beach, on the 18 mile marker. Sit back on the patio and watch all the LOTO action. No better spot to people and boat watch! While property is located on “the quiet side” of Sunrise Beach, it is only 3.5 miles from the LOTO Community Bridge...which means you’re only a few minutes drive away from all the family activities (Go Carts, Put Put, Arcades, Movie Theaters), restaurants and shopping that Bagnell Dam and Osage Beach have to offer.
This property is completely fenced from the entrance to the waters edge with multiple gates so you can sit back and watch the kids have fun worry free. A large green space for yard games and family fun while being just steps from the lake! Custom kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. Next to kitchen is a family room with large curved TV (Cable/DVD Player), Dining area, one bedroom and a Game Room with additional seating. Game Room features a ping-pong table and foosball, large TV, as well as cabinets full of cards, puzzles, yard games (corn hole, spike all, etc) and board games for all ages! Patio with grills and lighted gazebo is just outside. Entire lower level is spacious, open and flows well. Perfect area for making memories at the lake.
The ultimate summer entertaining vacation spot nestled near all the top rated bars and restaurants at Lake of the Ozarks! Sleeps 14+, 8 adults and up to 6 children (bunk beds) which is perfect for large families or a couple of families wanting to stay together.
The “Captain’s Quarters” is a nautical themed separate area with its own entrance. It features a full sized bed, a full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer and it’s own amazing lake views!
Lower Walk Out Level is an exceptional open space with many windows to provide GRAND VIEWS from any spot. Lower Patio provides outdoor dining, barbecue grills/smoker, ample seating with EXCEPTIONAL VIEWS of the shoreline, bluffs, walkway down to water level.
There is so much to do within minutes of the home. Caves, winery's, a distillery, outlet shopping, national landmarks along with the breathtaking HaHa Tonka State park and so much more.

A few items to address....please read through carefully before booking.
* A separate rental agreement and waiver will be sent to all renters and must be agreed to and signed within 1 week of receiving rental agreement or reservation will be canceled.
*Security Camera: One security camera was recently added to the home. It is above the garage door and faces driveway parking area and culdesac. No other cameras are on the property and no area inside the gated area can be viewed from the one camera above the garage.
*Dock: Our new 40’ x 40’ concrete dock built specifically to handle main channel waters arrived in 2022. There is a large covered area of shade, as well as an uncovered swim dock with Wet Steps ladder for entry into water. Best feature is a uniquely designed sitting area that seats plenty and allows people to sit with their feet in the water and chat with others sitting or floating in the water off the sides. No better place on the lake to people watch and boat watch while overlooking the beautiful 18 mile marker of the main channel!
The dock features one boat slip but we will not be allowing boat docking or boat storage this summer (2025). The summer water can get very busy and we will need to have a specialized hoist/lift placed before we can accommodate boats. There are nearby marinas such as Village Harbor Marina just around the next cove for boat rentals and slip rentals. Please note that the large white dock in one of the pictures is the old dock that has been removed.
Dock Safety: We want to make sure our guests are safe and protected while enjoying the lake. A LIFEGUARD warning system has been installed to ensure no electrical current is detected in water surrounding the dock. We ask that guests bring their own well fitting life vests with them to the property. We also ask that children be watched by an adult at all times when on dock and by the water. Every child must bring their own well fitting life vest and wear while on the dock. Summer days...especially weekends and holidays...can bring bring busy waters from large boats passing by and we want our little guests protected.
* This house does sleep 14 people but is not ideal for 14 adults. Four of the bedrooms have one bed each (2 Kings and 2 Fulls). The 5th bedroom has two triple bunk beds. We strongly suggest no more than 10 adults given sleeping spaces. This need to be considered when booking. Please see pictures.
* Some rules that are very important to consider before booking and we take very seriously. No Smoking, No parties/events and special pet consideration. There is a lot of room and privacy, along with an entirely fenced property, but we have neighbors on both sides of the property that must be considered. If you are planning to invite any guests over that are not included in the guest total in your booking, please contact me before booking to discuss. Same for pets. Our previous policy was to not allow pets. However, we understand there may be special consideration given to certain situations. Approval beforehand is must for both of these situations.
Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances and doing so in the property will result in the loss of the entire security deposit.
* The one car garage is currently be used for storage but there is plenty of parking out front for 4 vehicles. More than 4 cars will interfere with neighbors abilities to come and go to their homes and will not be permitted. Please consider this before booking this property.
The above items will be included in the contract/waiver packet that will be supplied to renters after booking. Please do not book if any of these are a problem for you or other members in your group. Please message me if you would like to discuss any of these items further.
