Villa Alamy : Pretty house for up to 6 people
Beautiful new house for up to 6 people, in the heart of Bois-Plage.
The house has a sunny terrace and an exceptional location between the beaches and the centre of the village.
The villa has air conditioning.
Close to cycle paths, the house is 500 metres from the popular Petit Sergent beach.
The house is comfortable and has a living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
There is parking for 1 car (and free, easy parking in the Rue du Petit Sergent).
ON THE GROUND FLOOR
Bright living room with sitting area and open-plan kitchen.
Separate WC.
Bedroom 1 MASTER with 1 double bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed 160x200.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 80x200 that can be moved closer together.
Bathroom with shower and washbasin.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.
The heat pumps in our pools are programmed to heat to 28°C. The actual temperature of the water in our pools is also affected by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the pools.

You can do almost everything by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our little 30-kilometre-long island. With a passion for history, summer activities and food, art and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our house.

The house is open to bookings from 5 days rental outside the summer period.

Linen hire and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The handover of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.
Tourist tax is not included.
