Very Nice!

Disappointed!!!!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed here many times in the past 12 years but this time was a big disappointment. I had reserved a parking spot for my trailers(2), this was for crusin the coast event, and when I got there it was filled up and no one from the property had bother to tell the people who had the spots. So I had to go down the road to rent a spot for my trailers. The property was no help in solving the problem. No professional at all. Also, get a phone call the next morning about noise complaint and we were not even in the room at the time that it was suppose to happened. The hot tub did not work. I sent a letter to the management team but whether or not they get the letter is to be seen if I get a response back from them.

Weekend Getaway

Negatives: I had to pay an additional charge for early check-in, most places offer complimentary early check-in and late check-out when available.The floors didn't appear to have been cleaned. They did offer to have someone come by and I declined since guests were arriving. I disliked that the kitchen, living and dining wasn't an open floor space. I didn't realize that from the photos provided. The master bedroom is a bit odd shape/setup wise. Everyone complained that their beds weren't comfortable and the towels could be better quality. There was only one dish towel provided. Positives: They were able to get me an early check-in. The living space was nice and roomy and bedrooms and bathrooms were good sizes. The linens were decent and we did find the couches super comfortable. We liked that games were provided. The pool is a decent size with plenty of tables, seating and lounge chairs. It is a quiet area where you can actually visit with friends and family in peace and enjoy some rest and relaxation. The check-in and check-out process was a cinch. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were pleased with our stay here as the unit overlooked a small pond and was conveniently located to pools and gym. We were most displeased with the cleanliness as our young children kept finding pieces of crumbs, shellfish and even margarita salt in the living room. The kitchen was missing some components for meal preparations. Having a garage was a nice feature. The pool and playground were the favorite of the children with the beach a 10 min walk away.

Big, comfortable and complete house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent almost 4 months in this house and I wish to stay more. The house is wonderful with everything you need: comfortable bedrooms, big bathrooms, full kitchen and big and comfortable living room. The air conditioning was also good on hot and cold days. If anything is wrong you call and for maintenance and they solve the problem. The only problem was the internet on the beginning the took 2 weeks to solve, related to cable one, but after that the internet was ok. Totally recommended this house!!

Nice place BUT.....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was not enough living room furniture for 6 people to relax. 1 couch 1 recliner. 6 adults doesn't work too well. We were traveling on motorcycles and this place is right on main drag however there was not much of anything within walking distance so we would not stay here again. However the pool area was exceptionally nice with plenty of shaded areas to relax.

Nice Extended Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was on temporary duty to Keesler for 3 months. Had stayed with these folks before and had a great experience. Maintenance if requested is done same or next day. Office staff very polite and willing to accommodate.
