Awesome condo with a great view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed here while participating in Cruisin’ the Coast. It was the perfect place to stay. Not only were the accommodations very clean and comfortable, but was in the perfect location! The condo was on the 10th floor and had great views of the beach as well as all the classic cruisers driving by. It was also centrally located between the participating cruise-in towns. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice property, a bit misleading by stating Beachfront. Our biggest complaint was the busy four lanes of traffic that had to be crossed to reach the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We usually rent through Airbnb but this time tried BBRR. We were granted an early check-in. Upon arrival, the patio furniture and rug was stacked up in the living room. The water from all the taps reeked of sulphur. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath was dirty. Obviously the unit had been not used in a long while and was not tended to before our arrival. That said, we enjoyed the view and the very quiet atmosphere in the building as well as Anthony, the security person. We so appreciate Sienna's privacy and safety measures. We will return, though probably not to this particular unit.

Mississippi Beach Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our trip to biloxi was overall a great experience! The condo at the sienna was beautiful! Upon arrival, the air was not working and they sent someone immediately to fix it! The front desk staff was so nice! The only issue is the traffic! You cannot sit on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view as it sounds like a motor speedway! Same at the pool! Crossing the road to the beach is also challenging as cars are flying in 4 lanes! Again, the condo is stunning with amazing views but not being able to enjoy the balcony was disappointing!

Outstanding Luxury Value

Reviewer Comments: I was in town for a government school, and needless to say, for the same price as a name-brand hotel, I was able to fully enjoy an apartment with full kitchen and spare bath/bedroom. Being able to look out on the Gulf Coast at sunrise and sunset was icing on the cake. Yes, you clean yourself while there, but dang, if you can't clean your own place, do you really need to travel? Be it work or pleasure, Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals is THE place to stay in the Biloxi / Gulfport area.

Short Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting the condo online was super easy. Getting text messages and emails was convenient. It was a little pricy compared to other local condos; however, we have stayed at Sienna many times in the past and knew the area so paid the extra money. We had not been in 2 years and found the property now needs a lot of updating and renovations. The furniture in 1006 was torn and old, floors scratched, and the bed was HARD. The pool had once been our favorite, but now the fountain isn't working and parts of the pool had damage. However, our family was safe and enjoyed being together.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location for us. It was away from the busy parts of town and the beach was very quiet. The actual unit was large and had a great view from the large balcony. The unit needs some attention. Some furniture was extremely worn and had tears. Several light bulbs were out in both bathrooms. There was a drywall patch in the master bath that needed repair. I have never stayed at a place that did not provide Kleenex or more than one roll of toilet paper. That seems a bit odd for a place at this price.

Can’t believe the rental company doesn’t inspect units before renting.Have rented in Siena for the last five years and this was the worst.

Disappointed at Biloxi beach

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, me and my daughter’s family of 4 stayed at this condo for my granddaughter’s softball tournament that was held in Gulfport. We had no problem checking in but the condo was not in the condition we had hoped for. The furniture is very worn and stained. We found a pair of shorts under the bed, a comforter in the dryer and the condo was not very clean. There was a partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no backup. No tissues. On the patio there was a pile of crushed shells that got tracked into the condo every time we went out there. I’m glad none of us cut out foot. I called the maintenance manager and requested addition towels since there were six of us and we were staying for a week and also requested extra toilet paper which they did provide. I told them we were not happy with the dirty interior windows and the crushed shells so they came in and cleaned the windows but the shells were there all week. We have stayed in condos before that provided some basics like salt and pepper or coffee filters but none were provided. We had to buy matches to light the barbecue since it is not gas and requires charcoal (which was provided). The beach closure was of course out of their control and the location is beautiful but the condo is in desperate need of updating.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is nice and it was clean. There were a few hiccups, but the rep tried to take care of them. We originally were to vacation in PCB and had to evacuate for Hurricane Micheal. We asked about the beach in Biloxi and the repressive told us it was a nice place; WRONG! The water is full of bad bacteria and you should not get in it if you have a compromised immune system! Luckily we would out before we got in! I spoke to the condo rep and I was told the same thing. I just wish this had been explained to me prior to booking the condo! Not a place for a family vacay! Yes

Disappointed!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outlets in bathroom didn't work. Overhead light on fan didn't work. Didn't have a hair dryer or shampoo. The lightbulbs were very dim, lighting was awful at night. The girl working at front desk didn't seem to care about my issues. She didn't apologize for any inconveniences. All she did was hand me a pile of shampoos!
