Thanksgiving with an ocean view!

Condo was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Communication with the property owner was great. Kitchen is awesome! We’ll be back.

Great property

We really Waterhouse. We stayed in a different unit in this building last year and loved both of them. The beach access is very convenient. Our property manager was very helpful in dealing with the situation of Hurrican Helene that occurred during our week stay there. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place!

The condo was well kept, spacious and had a view of the ocean. The location is great~short walk to the beach. A huge bonus was that the chairs and umbrella were provided. Monica was very helpful and responsive. We will book here again!

Great location!

We had a great week at the beach and would recommend this condo. The location is great and the condo had everything we needed. The owner and the property manager were attentive to any issues we had and resolved them quickly. My family and I will return!

Perfect time.

The property is outstanding. Great location. Quiet beach. The fitness room was top notch and the restaurant on property was a great addition. We sat in the front porch all morning each morning. Highly recommend

Great Girls Weekend

We had a great time at this condo. Easy access to beach, 30a bike trail (we rented bikes and didn’t get in the car at all!), and relaxing pool just a few steps from the front door. Note that you’ll need to bring beach towels (something we all overlooked).

You'll Love It!

Another wonderful stay at this great property. Oceanview, amenities galore, designated beach space, and close proximity to shops-restaurants-Publix. The condo is furnished well and met all our needs. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with basics so we cooked and ate in all week. Just note that there's no crock pot so plan accordingly. Lastly, checking in and out was very simple and straightforward, probably the easiest we've ever experienced in all our years of vacationing here. Monica is a very attentive host and was quick to respond when we needed her assistance. It was the perfect family beach vacation and we hope to return next summer!

Look no further, this beautifully decorated condo will put you at ease the moment you walk through the door. The layout of the condo, the decor and view will have you returning year after year. Amazing Property, Amazing Location

We LOVED our stay at this property. The 4th floor condo has amazing views of the Gulf and was literally a 4 minute walk from the door to the beach. The room was well-appointed and a couple of very minor issues were handled promptly by the owners. Location to the beach and proximity of a cut-through to 98 makes for an ideal location. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Great stay at Seacrest beach

Amazing stay at Seacrest. The penthouse is very comfortable and well equipped. Amazing to have a heated pool just steps away and the ocean across the street with private access. Location is perfect to enjoy Ally's beach and Rosemary beach. Definitively a great option at a great location. Commutation was excellent. We had a small issue with the entrance door and within a few minutes Monica was on it. I even got a call from the owner within 30 minutes. Definitively a management company and an owner are behind to ensure you have a 5 star stay. Hope we can go back next year.

Great Support from Owners

Excellent location and facility. We have stayed in this complex multiple times over the past 5 years but this was the best unit located on the 4th floor, close to the pool and a great view of the Gulf. There were many construction issues with upgrading the complex (which had not been communicated) but owners were responsive and fantastic at addressing the items they could influence. I would go back to the same unit.

Great rental, bring your own chairs

Great accommodations! Fabulous condo! Kitchen is very well stocked. Pool was fantastic! Only bummer was beach umbrella boys would make you get out of your chairs for pick up consistently before 4pm!!!! I’ve never been kicked out of a paid for chair service prior to 5pm and we paid for two additional sets. Otherwise it would have been five stars.

Family Friendly Gulf Getaway

Reasons why I’d stay again: - Monica was available and quick to answer my questions. -Prior to our arrival I was given all entry codes to the condo, beach access, pool and storage closet. -The 4th floor balcony offered a great view. - The pool was just down the hallway on the 4th floor as well. -Private beach access with complimentary beach umbrella and chairs waiting for us each day. -Separate storage closet, for all beach gear as well as beach chairs, buckets, and smaller umbrellas to use if needed. -5min quick walk to the beach -10 mins to the closest Publix -The rooms were clean Based on my experience I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

This condo is really nice and spacious, and the owner/manager of the unit was extremely responsive to any small issues we had during our stay. We really enjoyed the large balcony, rooftop pool area which is on the same floor, private beach access, and close proximity to Rosemary, Alys, Seacrest, and Seaside communities with many coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, etc. all within relatively easy biking distance. We rented bikes for the kids and also brought our own bikes and were able to bike everywhere we needed to go. There are a large number of bike racks just behind the building next to the parking lot. Would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay again in the future!

Incredible family retreat

This penthouse condo exceeded all expectations. The gulf views from the bedrooms and balcony are breathtaking. The location is ideal, with Rosemary and Alys Beaches minutes to the east and Seaside down the road to the west. The new Publix at Watersound Town Center is just 5 minutes away. The condo itself has everything you need for a relaxing family beach vacation. Our daughters loved the bunk beds with built-in TVs. The kitchen and open floorplan are ideal. The beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable. The rooftop pool is a great amenity. The fact this unit includes beach chairs takes it to another level. There's no worrying about claiming a spot on the beach each morning. The deeded access is just across the street. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return next year.

Excellent property, excellent stay; great for families

Stayed here for a week over the summer, our first trip to 30A. The property was incredible, pics were exactly what you get. It was very very clean, the beds and linens were SUPER comfortable. You could easily fit 2 families with kids here. Beach access was super easy, the chairs were such a nice add-on. Only feedback is that the grills out by the pool need to be cleaned but thats probably on the HOA not the specific condo owners. But that fact that there even is a grill to use is awesome. With little kids, you had to drive to any restaurant down by Alys & Rosemary or up in Seagrove / Seaside. But because of the location there were not a zillion people at this property either. Lastly, the beach & water were amazing. Not very rough seas, crystal clear water, sand was so soft. Waves not big enough to boogieboard but def could skimboard. 9.5/10 will def book here again.

Great Condo - couple side notes

The condo was great. Perfect set up for our family. Felt brand new inside, very clean and well kept. The beach is beautiful and right across the street. We had a few maintenance things come up and the management company was extremely quick to respond. They were great to work with. Couple things to know: -If you are needing services and referrals the management company partners with a few companies. Their partner pricing is was WAY higher than other companies we used. (Transportation, rentals, etc...) Price that stuff yourself. -The chairs and umbrella on the beach are first come...so if you go down later in the day they may not be any left.

A Wonderful Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this top floor condo with easy rooftop pool access down the hall, and sweeping ocean views. Very much enjoyed the beach with the umbrellas and chairs. Would have given this property five stars except for the following: chef knives were extremely dull, only bed linens available were sheets and coverlets on beds, no coffee or condiments, and entry door and pool access codes were unusually complicated. On our next to the last day, our closest elevator ceased to operate. Would have helped if there were instructions available to assist with working main television. For such a populated area, this location in general isn't walking distance from any grocery or convenience store that we could find. Despite those items, this residence is a wonderful place to vacation, and we'd be very likely to stay again.
