Spacious and clean!

This home is very comfortable with space for extended family to stay with you and enjoy spending time together!! This home is located just a short walk from the community pool in a well kept neighborhood. The house has 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths downstairs and 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths upstairs. Book today you won’t regret it!

Great Stay

Property is great and close to the pool and pickle ball courts. Plenty of room for our family. It was clean at arrival and the owner / manger was very responsive to our questions. The property didn't have body soap/shampoo in any of the bathrooms, which is an easy fix. Would certainly stay here again.

We had a great time…

Good location near the pool and water slide/pool. In spite of that, the inside of the house was quiet. Also a good location to stay for visiting the nearby national parks. Owner was communicative and flexible. We would stay here again.

Great weekend!

There was ten of us sharing this house for an annual concert we come down to St. George for. This house has the perfect number of beds and rooms and we had a great time! We would definitely rent this house again. In fact, all the women told me that I better get this house again!

Perfect vacation home for our family.

We loved the abundant room for our family vacation with children and grandchildren. We were close enough to the Interstate to get to the National and State Parks in the area, as well as shopping and other attractions. But it was also far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The grandchildren loved the pool and area attractions. There was something for everyone. Being able to gather for a family meal was another wonderful benefit not available with a hotel stay. We had a great host who was quick to answer questions.

Great host and house

We rented the house during IM 70.3 WC and the location of the house was convenient to all local stores. The host of the house was very responsive in replying to messages. The house was very clean and has everything that we needed.

Great Space

We were down south for a family reunion. It was perfect for our family and my sis-in-laws family. We only slept there but it was a very comfortable place to stay for all of us. We would stay there again.

Great for Extended Family Stay

We stayed here for Thanksgiving break with some extended family. It was the perfect size for the 12 of us, especially loved the number of bedrooms. Beautifully furnished. We loved the openness of the main living area and large table and island. The kids loved the upstairs loft area. We also loved that the pickle ball courts were so close and the rental had paddles and balls to use. The condo was stocked with most everything we needed. Some suggestions for extra household items include steak knives, a plunger, Kleenex, and smaller saucepans. Also there was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, but we later found some in the pantry. Such a great stay and hope to come back again!

Awesome place, awesome communication

This place is great. Very close to everything, lots of room. The owner is awesome, we had a hiccup when we first got there, but it was taken care of almost immediately. We will definitely be staying here again next time we go to St. George.

St. George!

Our experience at this rental went well. The space was nicely decorated and the rooms were spacious and comfy! We did get there when the cleaning staff was still working and they didn’t take the trash out but it was a short walk into the garage. Overall it was a nice home!

Great family home for youth softball weekend!

This vacation rental is definitely the nicest we have stayed in. It is new construction with all the accommodations needed for 1 or 2 families looking to share a rental for a weekend softball tournament. We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend with 8 guests total (including 3 - 16U softball players) and we had everything we needed, the wifi worked great, and there was room to spare. Most importantly, there was no arguing/waiting/fighting for the showers in the mornings (which is a typical scenario when staying in a hotel). The neighborhood was beautiful and all the softball parks were within 15-20 mins. Also, if you have free time, there are tons of hiking trails nearby as well as the Zion National Park. The property manager was very responsive and had great tips on things to do while in St. George. I highly recommend this rental!!
