Nice complex

The condo is spacious for a 1-bedroom, 2 bath. Elevator nearby. Carts avail for hauling suitcases and groceries. Beautiful view overlooking a pool and Gulf. Huge sandy beach. 2 assoc pickleball courts with people to play with and large dog area with bags, on the backside of the parking lot. Tons of restaurants nearby. Seafood heaven. Owner was easy and quick to respond to a few issues the first couple days. There isn’t a hand mixer or blender if needed., nor a large bowl or pot. I borrowed from a neighbor. Unit needs updating and maintenance but it was sufficient. We stayed 2 months.

Just as advertised. The pool and beach view were 1st rate! Loved having 2 bathrooms in condo. Priced well because not updated recently. Close to everything!

Really enjoyed our stay, the condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach view was great, the pool was right outside our room so we were only feet away from the pool and walking out on the beach. Second floor condo so we were right next to the pool and beach but also had privacy and a quiet place to relax.

Perfect location

Great place. Look no further. We all felt safe. Just a flight of stairs and you’re at the door. You don’t have to wait on the elevator, unless you need it. Communication is fast and great. Check in easy. Will book again next year.

Last minute getaway

We booked last minute and it was everything it said it was. We had everything we needed just steps from the beach. The heated pool was great. The view was amazing!! Any questions were answered immediately. We will be back.

Awesome beach condo

We stayed May 20-27 and loved the location. Beautiful view of the beach and pool! Especially loved that it was on the 2nd floor, so you don’t have to deal with the elevator and much easier with pets. Host was also very easy to communicate with.

Nice unit at Pelican Walk

We’ve been coming to Pelican Walk for over 20 years and love the property. This unit was immaculate upon arrival and had everything we needed to have a great week at the beach. Being on the 2nd floor is very convenient and makes it easy to get to the beach. Super easy to deal with the owner directly. We will stay again!

We travel with our pets and this unit was perfect. All tile floor (except in bedroom) relieved our concerns about possible pet accidents. The 2nd floor location is convenient to the stairs so no waiting for the elevator was required. And the view overlooking the pool out to the ocean definitely lowered our blood pressures.

Great for small families or couples

Cute, clean condo in a great location. On a lower floor so elevator won’t be necessary for most people. The description and the pictures are accurate. My kids slept on the pull out cabinet bed and they said it was comfortable. The owner responds to messages in a timely manner and is very easy to work with. Check in process was great. Look forward to returning!
