My company, Luxury Cashflow LLC is a full-service short term rental investment and management company. I believe a great Airbnb experience starts with a great host experience. I want to ensure a streamlined pre-check-in process and I'll always try to make myself available for mid-stay questions/concerns. I've hired an awesome staff of cleaning and maintenance personnel that can arrive on-site at a moment's notice if needed. I offer all guests my personal cell phone and do everything I can to make sure my guests have the best experience possible. I'm also a full-time real estate agent with expertise in finding high-yield investment opportunities within the Scottsdale/ Paradise Valley, and northern Phoenix areas.
