Why they chose this property
I moved to Simcoe in 2020 because of this house! I had never heard of the town until I saw the listing. This house has been my dream house since I was a little girl. It is a century old home that backs onto a river... and a park! The trail behind the house is 20 kilometres long and takes me right to Lake Erie in Port Dover. It has an attic master bedroom, a room with windows for walls overlooking a beautiful nature scenery, a big living room perfect for hosting, and a massive yard with a huge deck.
What makes this property unique
This property is the perfect balance of city and country living. Steps away from many restaurants, cafes, and shops, yet nestled in the trees of Lynnwood Park and overlooking the Lynn River. It's less than 5 minutes drive to beautiful rolling wheat fields, never-ending farmland, and 10 minutes from the sandy shores of Lake Erie.
It is also walking distance to the Norfolk Golf & Country Club and a short drive from many wineries for those looking to have a relaxing week away with their family and friends.
