Wonderful condo and location

We loved our stay here! So much so that my 10 year old asked me to get the exact same condo for our trip next year. The condo was exactly as described. Everything was very well cleaned when we arrived. We love being right on the beach and close to so many shops and restaurants. The communication with the property manager was prompt and courteous. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Quick getaway

The property was pretty than the pictures showed. Hopefully they will update the pictures on the website. The kitchen has been modernized. Great view and easy access to the beach. Pretty quick elevators. Only negative was that I had two packages delivered there and never received them. Called website number and they assured me someone from the facility would call, of course they did not!

Close to beach

This place was nicely updated and close to the beach! We had some trouble with our code not working upon arrival and the door wouldn’t lock at times. The rental place was prompt about getting the code fixed but the door lock still had a mind of its own and was never fixed like we were told. The washer was loud and would stop mid cycle and there was no dust pan to use to keep the floor swept. There was a lot of construction going on to fix up the condo which will be nice in the future but for our stay that meant the pool and grill were unable to be used and we were not aware of that. Plus you might have a random worker show up on your balcony while drinking your morning coffee! Overall it was a decent place and the beach was wonderful which was the main reason we were there.

Broken pipes never came to fix the issue

Broken pipes under the kitchen sink. There was a small trash can place under the broken pipe that was pit there to catch all the water. The trash can was full and over flowing with water all over the kitchen floor. We spoke to the front desk twice letting them know that we are not able to use the kitchen sink and have to resort to the bathroom sink for everything. They never sent anyone to repair the issue and the whole 4 days we were there and did not offer any perk to make up for the convenience of not having a sink to use. We will never stay in anything that your company owns when we come again and your customer service for a larger company is not good at all.

Thought it was going to be a home. It was a worn condo in a very worn building. But, being with family was more important than the place.
