Unfreundlicher Kontakt, unsauber, Beschreibung stimmt nicht

Die Wohnung ist eigentlich ganz in Ordnung. Dennoch können wir leider nur einen Stern vergeben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr unfreundlich. Als Ankunftszeit steht in der Anzeige 16 Uhr. Kurz davor haben wir eine Mail bekommen dass die Ankunftszeit erst 17 Uhr ist. Wir sind erst nach 17 Uhr angereist, und dennoch war die Wohnung noch nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten dann noch warten bis die Putzfrauen kommen und die Wohnung gereinigt haben. So konnten wir erst ca 18 Uhr in die Wohnung, also erst zwei Stunden nach der vereinbarten Zeit. Dafür gab es nicht die geringste Entschuldigung. Im Gegenteil. Wir wollten sehr herablassend behandelt. Außerdem hat die Wohnung nur ein Badezimmer, nicht wegen der Anzeige angegeben zwei. In der Beschreibung der Wohnung steht auch dass man Französisch und Englisch spricht. Aber auch das stimmt nicht. Der Vermieter spricht nur französisch. So konnten wir nur per google translator kommunizieren. Das Bad lässt sich übrigens nicht verschließen und es duftet dort nach Schimmel. Es ist eigentlich eine ruhige Gegend, aber der Mieter darüber ist gelegentlich sehr laut. Das Geschirr war echt schmutzig, obwohl es dort ja einen Geschirrspüler gibt. So können wir leider nur einen Stern vergeben.
