We had the best weekend getaway at cottage 88. The location is perfect. The cottage was cozy and very clean. Love the fireplace and how easy it was to use especially with the cold weather. Can’t wait to stay here again. The hosts were amazing to work with!
Cottage was extremely cleaned and well maintained. Check in process and communication from Laura was great. Really everything was good, no issues at all. Definitely stay again
Cute cottage close to the Cashiers crossroads and not far from Brookings. Cleanly decorated and rightly appointed. Simple and easy process. We enjoyed playing cards in front of the fireplace. Enjoyed our stay.
This cottage has a modern rustic chic charm right near the center of town. Many of the shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It was a great value for us. It was more economical than the nearby hotels. We travelled in the Fall and definitely took advantage of the fireplace. As we near retirement age the quality of beds becomes more important. So we were thrilled with the nice beds that allowed us a great rest and a pain-free wake up! The owner has thought of everything.
We loved the house. Very clean, well decorated, nice porch. And right in the heart of Cashiers just minutes from the farmer’s market, shops, and brewery. Highly recommend!
Cottage was perfect for two couples. Proximity to downtown and church was perfect. Beautifully decorated and well kept. Beats a hotel hands down.

Property is great, overall. If 4 people need to take showers consecutively, you may need to be fast! Biggest issue with this property is that check out procedure (10 am checkout) requires you to wash and dry all sheets before leaving. Which means you need to be up around 7 to start the process. Washer does not hold all sheets in one load. It really is a problem. They could solve this by using a second set of sheets on hand and washing sheets offsite between reservations.
The cottage was lovely, the location was great. It was super clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a perfect day for us. Also, the manager was wonderful and her communications about everything.
Wonderful weekend getaway. Home has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient to Cashiers Crossroads shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend

I stayed at Cottage 35 and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The room was spotless and everything was in perfect condition. The place was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a fully functioning kitchen, clean bedding, towels, and toiletries. The host was very helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and the effort put into making the room comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great room rental experience."
HI! We are Mark and Laura Moser. We live in Cashiers full time and own two cottages on Bustle Lane. We purchased 35 Bustle Ln in 2017 and loved it so much we purchased 88 Bustle Ln (right next door) in 2020. Cashiers is beautiful year round and we are so fortunate to be here! We both grew up in NC and after living all over the country are finally back home.
