There are two more bedrooms, along with a bonus space #1 with privacy doors and sleeper sofa, which share a hall bathroom. Middle-level deck is furnished as well with chaise lounges and bench swing. Ground floor holds the 5th bedroom with private bathroom and Queen bed. There is also the 2nd bonus space on the ground floor. The home is pet-friendly and non-smoking with a Sunday turn-day. The home comes with deck gates for kids, fenced backyard, enclosed garage, and large dock space behind home. Parking for 6 vehicles. Trailer must be in the garage or stored off-site for an additional fee.
