Awe Inspiring Red Rock Views with Hot Tub!

The Space:
The house features a cozy living room with a natural gas fireplace for enjoying in the evening time. During the day there's a plethora of good-vibe natural light dancing off the walls to make everyone feel warm and welcome. This lovely living room atmosphere leads to a balcony with the best possible views one could possibly dream of- complete with a barbeque and dining table with ample seating. Near the balcony entrance, a charming love seat is positioned to create a reading chair area for cuddling up with a favorite book, or for simply enjoying the views. The indoor dining area and bar seating area serves to create an open concept space connecting the vaulted ceiling living room to a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee station & complimentary coffee as well (A drip coffee, as well as a Keurig machine, is provided). Behind the kitchen, you'll find a game room common space for everyone to enjoy. Inside you'll find a classic Pac-Man arcade game, Foosball game, and a 65 inch flat-screen TV with a comfortable sofa sleeper and double chair to enjoy the fun!

Headed downstairs you'll find a complimentary laundry station along with all three of the house's bedrooms, with the following layout:

Master Bedroom offers King bed with en-suite (private bathroom) and a TV
Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed with a TV
Bedroom 3 offers a Single bed and a Double bed.
Both upstairs common areas (living room + game room) offer Queen sofa sleepers.

We also have a pack n play for babies!

Located within walking distance to hiking trails, local shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and even one of the most popular vortex locations in Sedona on Airport Rd.

Perfect Location - Stunning Views

A beautiful Sedona property in the perfect location with absolutely stunning views! The home was spotless upon arrival, well-appointed, and easy to access, making for a seamless and stress-free stay. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. However, if you're counting on the pull-out couch as a bed, it’s not the most comfortable option as it needs repair. This home made for a fabulous time, and we'd stay again no doubt!!

This was a fantastic property with gorgeous red-rock views! The location was perfect, very close to downtown Sedona. Hiking trails are accessible from just up the road. The home was comfortable and well stocked. Highly recommend!

Breathtaking views!

We were looking for a relaxing getaway with gorgeous views to celebrate a 40th birthday. This was definitely it! Check-in/check-out was a breeze. When we walked up, we couldn’t believe this was where we were staying! The hot tub was perfect for night time wind down. HIGHLY recommend!

Great Escape to Sedona

By far this is the best kept secret in Sedona. This location gives you a 5 star plus feeling that you would get at a top of the line resort. My family stayed here and we were absolutely amazed at the close proximity to everything and all that this beautiful home had to offer. They even provided snacks upon our arrival which was greatly appreciated after a long day. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

A Beautiful View

We spent a few days with our daughter, her husband and 6 grandkids. The Hot Tub was a big hit. We enjoyed our time close to shopping. The only issue was the pull-out couch which only worked for SMALL kids (which we had) an adult would fall through. It needs more support on the foot end. Except for that hiccup, it was WONDERFUL!

Beautiful views

We arrived late at night. When we awoke the next morning, as the sun lit up the mountains, we were all struck by their beauty. The house was clean and well suited for a family. The host were prompt with their correspondence. We would definitely like to return to the same home.

Wonderful location. Gorgeous Views!

Went here for a girls trip with four other friends. It was a perfect location. Close to town and central to many hiking trails. All my friends were so impressed with how the property was. Everything was so clean. I would definitely stay here again. I want to come back with my husband and kids.

This is the perfect spot to stay in Sedona! The views are incredible, the house well stocked and comfortable. It was located within a quick drive to restaurants, popular hiking trails and grocery stores. Five star!

Great Space!

The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and flatware you could need. We loved the spacious layout, including the bonus game room with PacMan. We did lots of hiking, and came back to cook and relax and there was plenty of space for 6 of us to visit. It was so beautiful.

A wonderful time!

Our family of four had an amazing stay at Donna's home. The house had everything we needed. After hiking in Sedona, it was great to come back and relax in the hot tub which offers a fantastic view. We hope to return and would absolutely choose to stay here again.
