Sault is the ideal starting point for mountain tours on Mont Ventoux, in the Gorges Nesques, Apt, Carpentras and Luberon, with horse riding trails and gorges and to discover many beautiful things: Revel nougat, macaroons and honeys , which are the hallmark of this place listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
