The most sought-after rental properties are located on the beautiful south end of Torch Lake. This vintage cottage has a lovely sandy beach, great for swimming, relaxing, and watching beautiful sunsets. The cottage is an excellent rental for families and friends who want to capture lifelong memories on one of the most beautiful lakes in the world.
The main house has a kitchen, a Sun porch, three bedrooms, and two baths. The separate apartment above the garage is one large room with a kitchen, beds, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a small dock with a ladder to make it easy to enter and exit the lake (Note: you cannot tie your boat up to the dock; if you bring a boat, you must bring your mooring anchors).
Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
1 dog may be allowed with owners approval
