Make yourself comfortable in the simply but comfortably furnished rooms and use the spacious lounge for sociable meals together and cozy evenings after your activities.



Enjoy the sun and the fresh mountain air by the house, the garden invites you to relax. The owners live in a separate apartment in the house.



In the Lech Valley you can hike to your heart's content, there are routes for families as well as for ambitious mountaineers. Enjoy wonderful panoramas and spectacular nature not far from the vacation apartment. The location is very central, within walking distance of grocery stores, sports stores, restaurants and a bus stop. There is a children's playground and a soccer pitch nearby. In winter, the ski lift, toboggan run and cross-country ski trail are just a few steps away.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 24.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed.
