Our cabin was wonderful. It looks brand new and was very clean. It came with all the things you need to enjoy your stay….just add food and toiletries and you are pretty well set.
Absolutely beautiful property nestled in the middle of a ton of activity. Cabin is absolutely gorgeous. Very modern with all amenities you would need for a trip. Very clean, you can tell they are very well taken care of. Only gripe would be the lumber company next door, a little noisy with cabin 4 but I imagine the others would be a much quieter. They do an excellent job blocking the noise with good windows! I would recommend this and we will definitely be back.
PS: asked for firewood day of checkin, Jess delivered or had it delivered before we arrived that day, incredible service and a beautiful property.
This little cabin was the perfect size for our couple’s getaway! Though the interior wooden walls suggested “rustic”, the beautiful modern kitchen and bathroom belied that idea, as well as the new build with tight walls and windows… not a hint of a draft! We used the mini split heat pump to take the chill off the main room, and occasionally used the electric baseboard heat in the bedroom and bath. Once the rooms warmed, they easily stayed warm.
The cabin was quite far off the road, and so the traffic noise was light. One day, my husband and I walked (so conveniently!) just across the road to the outfitters where we rented bikes for a couple of hours, and biked on the rail trail which runs along the creek in the canyon area. It was a beautiful ride and one of the highlights of our retreat. We visited both state parks on either side of the canyon, and those two trips took about 20 minutes each from the cabin.
We were wishing for an end table or coffee table by the sofa, though. As we enjoyed our coffee and tea in the morning, reading or gazing out the window to the beautiful hills, it would have been nice to have a place to set the cups down and place our books.
This cabin was a perfect place for our adventures, and we highly recommend it!
The cabin was clean and close to every thing we wanted to see and do. The only drawback for us was that it seemed sparsely furnished. I understand it is small but a stand by the sofa and some other sort of small table in the bedroom would be lovely.
Excellent accommodations, and convenient to everything we wanted to visit in Tioga. I highly recommend these cute cabins. We will definitely will be back to visit and stay again.

We loved the coziness of the property and how well maintained it was!
The cabin was great. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The cabin was well updated and close proximity to the parks. Great to walk out in the morning to the view. It was nice to have cable as well!
Great little cabin, new and very clean. Enjoyed our stay very much. Very close to Pine Creek Bike trail. Had a great 25 mile bike trip on our first day. Next day rented canoe from Pine Creek Outfitters for 8 mile canoe trip, Beautiful area. The only thing the Cabin could use to make it better is a few more lights, was a bit dark inside.
We had a great time staying here! It was the perfect location for all that we wanted to do- bike, canoe, hike and check out the starry sky at Cherry Springs. Thanks for a great stay! We’ll definitely be back!
