Booking Information:
One-week minimum booking with Friday turnovers preferred in June, July, and August. For September, October, November, May, and the first half of June, there is a four-night minimum, and a three-night minimum applies from December through April.
Please note, the property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras for security.
From May-October, owners keep their boat on one side of the dock, the other side is kept for guests use. Owners may access their boat during the rental period, via right of way on property line, but will not be utilizing shed or any property amenities. Guests have four parking spots, and owner has one spot that will be delineated. The dock is raised during the winter months and cannot be walked on until it is lowered in the spring.
