Sundestin 402: This beachfront, 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath Condominium has spectacular beach views. It has recently been updated with beautiful and comfortable furniture, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. There is a King size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. Linens and towels are provided. There is a coin washer and dryer located down the hall. The condo has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, splash pad, Tiki Bar, outdoor hot tub, exercise facility, and a small store.

Perfect...except.

The condo was great. Clean. Beautiful view and location. However, we have never had to go to Walmart for a bottle of febreeze to mask the horrible, musky, old smell. We literally went through a bottle in 4 days. We also would like to suggest a new shower head!!

Check in was seamless. Everyone was very friendly. Messaged the owner as instructed for early check in and did not receive a response. Unit was clean and had a wonderful view of the beaches and Gulf. Easy access to beach. Close to dining and activities.

Everything was great. Only one thing I would say is to put non slip things in bathtub. I slipped and it broke my toe. But in all fairness. I have balance problems. So just a suggestion.

Wonderful View

Condo was very clean which is something I really was worried about. View of beach was perfect. Access to beach was easy. I do not like elevators and condo was right next to stairs which was a plus for me! Check in was smooth sailing, would definitely stay here again.

Great condo unit

Loved the unit. During my stay, there was a piece of the stucco that flew off the building and severely damaged my truck along with 2 other vehicles that were parked on either side of me. Two weeks later and their insurance adjuster is still giving me the run around. All the manager of Sundestin had to say was “I’m sorry”. If this is not resolved in a timely manner, I’ll never stay there again.

Nice to have market and bar/restaurant on site! We utilized both several times. Condo was clean, well stocked, and walking distance from great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Will stay here again!
