Clean unit

The unit was clean and just as advertised. My only complaint is the parking. The back spaces are taken up by equipment to the point that two people had to park illegally (including myself, who had to park in the unloading space after getting in at midnight). There were also cars with tags from neighboring condos parked in the lot. I'm hoping that the owners do a better job at providing better parking.

Great Place to Stay

Spent 2 nights and had a great time. The only issues we had were the renovations going on at the time and the 9am checkout time. We knew of both issues at the time of the reservation so it would be unfair to detract from the review except for the 9am check-out. Most check-out times are generally 11am. Because of the renovations, the parking is a little tight but we always had a parking spot. The unit is well equipped and the listing is spot on. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The Gulf breezes are soothing and relaxing. Once the renovations are completed there is no reason for anything less than 5 stars across the board. We would rent again.

The cleanest condo I have been to in a while 😀

Everything was great-easy to find, park, etc. Anything you need is nearby-Jellyfish Restaurant is right across the street, Pauls Pizza and Daquri Bar, and The Breakfast Club too. No need to get back in your vehicle until you leave.

Pretty good

Everything inside of the condo was in good condition and was pleasant. They supplied everything you needed when it comes to making food as well. The view of the beach was fantastic, and the location was great because the beach wasn't packed by any means. The only real complaints are, one, the keypad to get into the unit is a little bit finicky, especially on the first button press, and two, the elevator in the building takes forever for the doors to open. If you are a small family of between 2-4 people, it's a perfect place to stay. The area is quiet, there's good restaurants nearby(seriously, try the breakfast club across the street), and the condo is pleasant. If you are planning on spending a lot of time on the beach, this place is perfect.

Loved it!

The condo was clean and view was amazing. The neighborhood restaurants were the best! So convenient to just walk for food/shopping. Our code for the door did not work when we arrived but I called the customer service number and the code was fixed within 5 minutes and worked the rest of the trip without an issue. Would definitely book again.

This place was perfect for me and my 2 small kids. It was clearly recently renovated and done beautifully! The balcony was spacious. The pool was nice, and the beach was just steps away. We had the best time and for a pretty decent price! I have no complaints, not a single one.

Nice, clean, just as pictured

Had a great stay. Checking in and out was easy. The condo was as pictured and super clean. We stayed at perdido sky in perdido key Florida had a great time meet some great people. This place was easy to deal with and we had no problems was a seamless easy time for us. We enjoyed our weekend. The beach was gorgeous love perdido key. The balcony furniture was really nice as well.

Summer Vacay

Location was good. Layout, decor and cleanliness of condo was very nice. Very short walk to the beach. Communication with VRBO was less than desirable. Gave me the wrong door code so it took a while to get in. No parking pass for the 7 days 6 night stay, on the 6th day got a nasty gram stuck on my car window that I would be towed on Memorial Day. Was told by VRBO customer service the parking pass was in the microwave or a “gray basket”…never found it. Oh and almost forgot about the seaweed. It stormed most all week and there was about 2-3 ft deep seaweed. Asked the chair rental staff and they advised they had to dig holes and bury it. I can’t imagine the size hole needed to bury that much seaweed. Other than the door code and parking pass issues with VRBO, this was a good vacation spot.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was beautiful and the view was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and we loved the beach service. It is well worth the money! It was quiet, with a very short walk to the beach. Would love to come back.

Our trip was amazing! The condo was great! It looks just like the pictures. We had a small inconvenience of our key code not working when we arrived, but called and got in within 10mins. The service was great! If we needed anything we could just text the property manager.

Great property

We loved the condo and the location. The only downside was the demo going on in the condo next door. It was very loud and disruptive and it would have been nice to have been notified this was happening. We ended up leaving a day early just to escape the noise.

Perdido skye

The inside of this condo was great. The outside of this complex needs alot of work especially painting. Grounds are not kept up, dirty elevator, garbage can at pool was not emptied during our 3 day stay. Love the location and could be real nice if the outside was renovated and grounds kept up.
