Bedsheets included. Terrace and grounds. Tarmac parking and garage for 2 cars. Individual contemporary chalet located 2.5 km from the ski slopes of Albiez-Montrond. At the entrance of a hamlet located between the Col du Mollard (Albiez) and St Jean d'Arves link the Sybelles. Very comfortable with enormous charm and character. High quality equipment of high quality. Esprit contemporary cottage allied to the crazy charm of the old. Ski resort of St Jean d'Arves / Les Sybelles at 7 km, St Sorlin d'Arves at 11 km.
