We have horrible experience with this . I never got any messages from Expedia or the owner how to get to the property . I’m bad with computers but I was thinking they will send the information 1 or 2 days before for security reasons but I never got anything . My trip started in London no problems getting the hotels there since I got it from Expedia too I didn’t think I will have problems in Paris . We got to Paris around 8 pm I was checking emails messages in the app and nothing I started to get worry but I was in my way and my phone is from USA I needed the WiFi to get connected . We were in the address of my paid reservation around 8:30 . It looks like an old apartments building with a security lock to get in . I started to panic and contact Expedia to see why I didn’t get any code or contact person for the property . The person who answer the phone transfer me to another person they could not get my reservation number until 1 hr after they tried to contact the person for another hour . And this time I was tired mad in the middle of very insecure street . Someone was trying to get in the building when a woman get in she started to yell for help and we didn’t want to get involve . So we left to a restaurant near by . Another hour for the Expedia member to tell me they can’t do anything . They could not contact anyone about my reservation that I paid since april . I sent my itinerary for the room my bank statement and they could not help me . Waiting for money back asap.
