Ocean front condo for rent by the summer month. Modern 2 bedroom , 2 bath unit with large deck overlooking old orchard beach and the Atlantic Ocean. See amazing views from your deck chair, living room couch, and bedroom - e.g. spectacular sunrises; magnificent moonlights, weekly fireworks, surfers, wildlife, etc
Building is small, quiet, friendly, and secure. We are only a few blocks from the pier and various fine restaurants & clubs. Unit is spacious enough for 4 people (and 1 small pet). Monthly rate is a flat, all-in $10,000 during summer and $5000 a month off- peak (Sept - May). All -in rate includes all taxes & fees, plus parking, Wi-Fi, laundry, AC, heat, fully applianced kitchen, cable TV in all rooms, cleaning, Bose stereo system, grill, beach chairs, bike, allowance for 1 pet, and best spot on the beach etc. We are a small, quiet, and friendly association (of 6 units) and we welcome our vetted guests :).

Your host
I am a 60 yo , semi - retired executive, and family man with 2 amazing kids and a special dog. We all lost the love of our lives about 2 years ago - my wife - the kids Mom - who was truly / honestly the most amazingly beautiful and selfless woman I (and most) have ever known - she was an RN and an adoring mother & wife. We built a respectable & full life together that included this ocean front condo (that we agreed to rent for the summer months).

I am renting this property only in the summer - to get away - and earn some income.
What makes this property unique
This is your best value if you like:
(1) Amazing views, including sunrises from your bed / deck; sunsets on the back porch; spectacular moonlights.
(2) Being as close to the beach & water as you can get from your deck chair or living room couch or queen side bed.
(3) Being far enough from the sounds of the nightlife but close enough to walk and to smell the various foods.
(4) Staying in a comfortable / cozy and stylish condo that is fully loaded and spacious / private enough for 2 couples.
(5) Paying a reasonable / competitive summer rate ($350/night x 30) that includes parking, Wi-Fi , cable, taxes, a full kitchen, laundry , pet allowance, etc
