Soak in breath taking views from the open plan living area or open up the sliding doors for your indoor/outdoor living. Also featured is a second, sheltered patio with outdoor fire and bbq, ideal for entertaining in any season. Enjoy an al fresco luncheon or afternoon wine beside the fire.
A chef would be happy in this kitchen whipping up culinary delights to ensure fun and relaxed entertaining. Features a chef style gas stove, plenty of bench space and views of the remarkable mountain range.
Private, separate spa pool area with stunning lake and mountain views.
Master bedroom with ensuite and panoramic views, second bedroom features a private court yard, third bedroom features outstanding mountain views. The shared bathroom has separate shower and bath.
Open plan living area is ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a day exploring Queenstown or simply soaking in the views, with comfortable sofas, roaring fire and a glass of your favourite pinot. Sit back and enjoy your choice of movies on Netflix or surround yourself with your favourite music.
Garage with internal access and storage for your ski equipment, golf clubs, mountain bikes etc. Ample off street parking.

We expect the house to be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure, any loss, breakages and damage will be charged accordingly.
Super king beds can be split into king singles for an additional fee upon request. $50 per room (this includes the extra linen and time to split beds and put back together.

Coronet Peak Ski Area and The Remarkables Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda. Underwater Observatory and CaddyShack City Mini Golf are also worth visiting. My partner Mark and I have been living in Queenstown for over 30 years. We love our town and all it has to offer. In our spare time we like to take the boat out for a bit of wakeboarding and fishing. Mark likes to play golf, while I enjoy walking and yoga. I was born in South Africa and made New Zealand my home many years ago whilst Mark is a born and bred Kiwi. We love to travel and explore our own beautiful country. We live in the same neighbourhood.
Why they chose this property
Located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet street, this house has views from almost every room. The house is spacious and set over 3 levels, so lots of privacy if needed. I fell in love with this property when I first entered and have enjoyed making it my own.
What makes this property unique
Some of the artwork in the house is a product of Mark. He loves to draw and paint, a hobby at this point. Every room is spacious so no need for rushing out of bed. We love the open fireplace on a snowy/rainy night playing board games with the family or friends whilst sipping on a central Otago pinot.
