- An open and equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator + freezer, 4-burner induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave) with high table and stools,
- A bedroom with a 140cm bed,
- A bathroom with toilet.
An enclosed garden of about 25m² with furniture exposed SOUTH completes this property with a second enclosed garden of 400m².
Possibility to park up to 3 vehicles within the property.
Accommodation equipped with duvets.
Extra consumption charge except from 24 May to 27 September 2025.
