This wonderful, private 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with an unobstructed view of the Organ mountains is perfect for your personal resort stay. Built in 2019 this home features 2 king sized beds, two XL single beds and a queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress and it backs to a peaceful desert arroyo. Enjoy your spa and heated (for an additional cost) pool. The large backyard backs to an arroyo and has room for many family games. It features a pool, spa and large swing set / playground, and putting green. Located near Hwy 70 and Sonoma Ranch Road it is in the new exclusive part of Las Cruces and is convenient to everything the Mesilla Valley has to offer.

Beautiful property

Despite a couple of dust storms we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful and clean home. Our grandchildren loved the backyard play set, pool, and spa. Owners were very attentive to our requests.

Wonderful home!!

This home was perfect for our vacation to Las Cruces NM. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed including extras like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! The view in the backyard was amazing from the pool to the mountains. If you plan on visiting this area stay her! You will not regret it!

Great house, amazing views

We stayed at the house for 5nights and had a wonderful. Great location and close to the necessities. The backyard was such a wonderful place to hang out by the pool and look at the beautiful Organ mountains. I would definitely book this property if I was ever in Las Cruces again.

Perfect escape

Communication with the owners was quick and courteous, the house was clean, the views of the Organ Mountains were beautiful, and the house was fully equipped with amenities. Will look to book this again.

Restful retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Not only does the house have a gorgeous view, it is beautiful and well equipped. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very easy to get in contact with, and were prompt with anything that we had questions about.

spring break escape

Our family of 5 from Chicago spent a week at this house in March. The mountain views are incredible and we enjoyed visiting nearby national parks and attractions. The house was very clean and is very well laid out, we were able to easily move between pool and kitchen for outdoor family time. We paid to have the pool heated, our kids spent many hours swimming each day. Host was very responsive to a couple of minor questions we had during our stay.

Oasis in the desert

Bill and Lenette were very easy to work with. We had a variety of unforseen circumstances during our trip and our hosts were very helpful. The house itself was in a busy but quiet neighborhood. The unobstructed view of the mountains from the back of the house and the arroyo just beyond the fence made it seem more remote. The location was good in terms of services and easy access to various activities. (It was ideal for visiting White Sands NP) Overall, we were pleased with the property!

Amazing birthday getaway!!!!

This place was so astounding! Bill and Lenette were so communicative and gave us an amazing experience before we even started! The check in and check it prices was amazing! The view of the mountains was phenomenal!!!!! The pool was great (cold but still amazing!) The hot tub was so cool to sit in at night and the whole place made me want to live there! The accessibility of everything made the trip so easy! The sites and the shops, everything we needed was right there and with Walmart close by it was so convenient! Bill & Lenette were so flexible as well! Thank you for helping to make my mom's 70th birthday so memorable!!!

Gorgeous place!

Lots to do! White sands national park! 4 wheel drive sand cool spot elephants butte incredible sunset and good times swimming! Incredible place! So clean and beautifully decorated, brand new remodeled home with incredible tile work! Just perfect in every way! Beautiful views and awesome pool in the backyard and kids play structure. There is just so much to do in New Mexico book this Gorgeous home now and have a blast! :-)

Beautiful home and view. We had problems with the pool and spa but Bill was prompt in getting it fixed for us and giving reimbursement for the days we were unable to use it. We had a great time and didn't want to leave. Thank you so much Bill.

Wonderful Family Get Away

This VRBO was perfect for a family getaway. Clean, charming house with numerous extras. There were a variety of pool noodles, dive rings, and inflatables, along with two saucer sleds with wax for sledding at White Sands National Park. The owner was responsive to questions and tweaks to pool heating timing.

Very Nice!

This trip was a family Christmas gift for ourselves and adult children. Enjoyed White Sands and local walking trails. Day trip to Carlsbad Caverns was worth the trip. House was fantastic, a great VRBO experience. We would stay here again!

This is a perfect home with an unbeatable view and it faces the perfect direction for the view and the weather. We have two commercial quality umbrellas that provide ample shade in the afternoon over the large patio and also the shallow end of the pool. You can still enjoy sunny mornings with shaded afternoons. There is a sitting area in front that is perfect for warm afternoon sun during the cooler seasons.
Our housekeepers are a local business with very strong ties to the community . They the best in their industry and take pride in insuring that you will arrive to a very clean and well cared for home. 100% of your cleaning fees go directly to our housekeepers.
