This guest house in an old winegrower's residence, completely renovated on 3 levels, is composed,
on the ground floor, of an entrance from the street, a large living room with space dedicated to leisure activities (table football, piano, TV, books, board games), a kitchen open to a living room but also to the terrace and the garden, a toilet and a closed laundry room housing a washing machine and maintenance equipment.
Upstairs, 6 spacious bedrooms are equipped with completely new, high-end beds (Emma) and linen
sheets provided with towels according to your needs.
1 of the 3 bathrooms has a bathtub and toilets are independent.
Outside : ping-pong table, pétanque court, 2nd large terrace designed for "plancha" dinners will enhance your evenings.
From our cottage, you have easy access to the wild beach of Cabanes de Fleury, the supervised beaches of Saint-Pierre La Mer and Narbonne Plage, and the very famous seaside village of Gruissan and its famous cabins on stilts.
You will also have, even out of season, the opportunity to eat at the famous Grands Buffets de Narbonne (20 min) and to go shopping or share an aperitif at the Halles de Narbonne, France's leading market (15 min).
You can also enjoy the center of the city by walking along the Robine canal and visiting the spectacular cathedral as well as the Archbishops' Palace.
Nearby, magnificent discoveries await you: Les Corbières and Le Minervois, L'Abbaye de Fontfroide and of course the renowned city of Carcassonne.
And finally, the only french Cénote will reveal its splendor to you if you head towards Fleury and the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park, and more precisely the Gouffre de l'Œil Doux. In the Massif de la Clape, this natural site is impressive because below its limestone cliffs (40m high) there is an expanse of water, 14 m deep, whose unique palette of colors varies from the green of the surrounding vegetation to the emerald blue water of the abyss : a very fascinating and wonderful geological curiosity that you must not miss !
