LOVELY STONE VILLA WITH PRIVAL SWIMMING POOL FOR 6 GUESTS
This beautiful character house, built in 1779, is set in 2 hectares of wooded gardens in a place known as "La Galande", on a country lane very close to the village of Roquebrune sur Argens.
This rural house is an old mill that has been completely renovated and decorated with great charm and taste. Sheltered from view and noise pollution, peace and quiet are guaranteed.
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need, inside and out.
The 220m2 house is fully equipped with reversible air conditioning and its thick walls will keep you cool during the summer months.
Outside layout
The 2-hectare garden is fully fenced and the 12m x 6m swimming pool is private and fully heated out of season. It has a protective bubble cover and access is protected by a standard-approved fence for your children's safety.
You'll be able to relax on sun loungers by the pool, and two people will be in charge of cleaning the pool and garden, while remaining discreet and at your disposal whenever you need them.
Meals are served on a shaded terrace equipped with a table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the view over the magnificent wooded garden.

This quiet and restful house has a beautiful living area with :- A sitting area with 2 large sofas, coffee table, chairs and a magnificent stone fireplace
- A utility room with fridge and washing machine- A separate toilet- A large lift (or goods lift) to the upper floor (ideal for one or more people with reduced mobility).The lift will not be in use during your stay, except in exceptional circumstances (please ask the owner).
- The remains of an old mill separate the living room from a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining room.- There are several doors leading to the front of the house and access to the terrace, or to the back of the house, which overlooks the vineyards.1st FLOOR

Just 60 km from Nice, famous for its magnificent Baie des Anges, the Promenade des Anglais, its splendid Place Masséna and the old town of Nice, a typical Italian quarter with its famous flower market. Horse-riding is available at the Les Murettes riding centre in La Bouverie.
