Not only is the Pool South facing with great views but the villa is in a circular cul-de-sac meaning the neighbors are not directly beside ( parallel ) you giving you extra privacy.For kid's pool safety we have sliding door pool alarm and if needed pool Barrier available also AND Yes, we have baby a safety gate, baby crib, baby high chair, car booster seat and pack-N-play.

Luxury 6 bed, 5 bath villa is spacious, with 3,573 sq. ft. of space to relax in and 3 entertaining spaces. Offering 1 Master Suite, 2 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin bedrooms, 3 living areas, full dining area, and gourmet kitchen facilities. The villa offers a Family Room with a 60” Smart ruko Flat-screen TV(no cable tv)a Blu-Ray DVD player, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

On entering our home away from home, you will be greeted by a Flex Room with Sofa and a Wall Mounted 43” roku TV ideal for relaxing after a long day at the parks. Continuing through, you enter a large open living area with a gourmet kitchen to cater to your needs, a dining area, and a Family Room with a view of the Pool area.

Kitchen with a separate dining area of high quality with all the appliances and utensils you could need. The breakfast area has a table and chairs with seating for 8 people. There is also a microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge freezer, utensils, and dinnerware. 3 Bar Stools in the island area.

All bedrooms have roku TVs.

The ground floor also boasts Bedrooms 2 & 6, bedroom 2 has Twin Beds and Bedroom 6 has a King Size bed together with a shared bathroom/shower.

The large pool deck area offers an upgraded package of a table and chairs as well as sun loungers and sofas for your enjoyment whether you want to relax by the pool and read a book or take a dip in the pool. Again this is a very private area.

The first floor comprises 1 Master bedroom, 1 King, 1 Twin, and 1 Queen all of which are En-Suites. The master has a large walk-in wardrobe. His and her basins and a large open plan shower along with a toilet.

The first floor is completed with a loft area, with a 60” roku TV which provides a perfect space to watch a movie after being at the parks or playing golf all day, there is also an XBox with games.

The laundry room includes a washing machine and dryer to enable you to keep on top of the laundry whilst you are away. A steam iron and ironing board are also available for use
