The house has 2 levels, and each has it's own kitchen and living areas. this is a great big house that is perfect for two families to vacation together or a small family reunion! They are rented separately as well if you are interested! each is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with separate entrances. Kristen Pokky runs the New Braunfels Pedego Bike Shop Sales and Rentals, and she and Kyle Holder have been buddies for decades. As Kristen set up the bike shop, the idea was born to start a vacation rental to host folks and show them the beauty and the attractions of this up and coming tourist spot.
Why they chose this property
When the property came up on the Comal Springs, it was a no brainer that this was the perfect spot to start the hosting of guests!
