Large, bright, spacious and warm gîte in the heart of the Center Val de Loire. It is the ideal place, with family or friends, for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. Old farm, completely renovated, into a comfortable, welcoming cottage with modern decoration. The original elements have been preserved as much as possible to preserve the character of the building with the wooden frame and stone walls which give this cottage an authentic atmosphere. Some refurbished furniture or old objects have also been integrated to evoke the history of the place.

Between the Val and the Petite Beauce, in the heart of a region dotted with hamlets and crossed by the Mauves, small streams flow gently towards the Loire. The walk along the green banks of the Mauves will allow you to discover the six water mills that dot the river. Numerous visits possible: castles of the Loire, castle of Chambord, Blois or even Amboise, but also the city of Orléans, rich in history and architecture, only 20 km away. On the ground floor, a large bright living room with pellet stove, an open fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and a bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds . You can relax in the garden of approximately 450 m², lying quietly in the deck chairs or sharing a friendly moment around a barbecue. A pétanque court and bicycle storage room are at your disposal. Certainly, the ideal place to enjoy the good weather and have fun in the open air with the games available to you (bowling, badminton, rackets, etc.).
