Nice place

We loved out stay! It was clean, good location, everything as described. The only complaint is the wifi did not work, so the Tv didn't work. We plan to book again!!! But I forgot to get your phone number! Thanks again.

Feedback on Our Recent Stay

Unfortunately, the condo wasn’t as clean as we expected. We found an empty soda can and food trash under one of the red chairs, and there was something sticky on the floor near one of the beds. It also seemed like the floors hadn't been mopped in a while, our feet and socks turned black from walking around. Additionally, the outlets outside didn’t work, so we couldn't use the BBQ, and none of the receptacles in the primary bathroom were functional either. The location is very difficult to find especially in the dark.

Could’ve been better. There’s room for improvement.

Wasn’t all that clean. There was a spider web in the ceiling fan, spider in the bathtub, dead fly, mold in the coffee pot, the handle on the Master Bedroom sink cabinet was broke. There was a previous guest’s finger nail in Master Bedroom, the coffee provided was outdated, table cloth was not clean. AC wasn’t working, and the filter needed changed, panel on top bunk looked to be ripped. Curtain rod was bent in bedroom, the bed was blocking the sliding glass door, there was also dirty dishes. Overall, unit was poorly maintianed and kept up.

Nice and comfortable

Very comfy beds and nice location. Would definitely recommend. Only issues were a threshold in entrance was broken, but not a big deal. Also one toilet was continuously running, but also not a biggy. Was able to use.

Nasty VRBO

I gave this a 2 becauae of location and communication with property manager. This property barely gets a 1 in my book. (Based on other VRBO experiences). It was FILTHY...floors, baseboards, rugs, mirrors, tub/shower, couch and SHEETS on 2 of the beds (so Grose). The fridge had a leak, cobwebs, burned out light bulbs, spilled sticky stuff on bedroom floor, broken screen door and threshold, noisy heat/air window unit in the wall, and lights on that the filters needed changed, and they were dirty. Hoping action is taken before the next guests. I only wish I could post the pictures I took.

Adequate for our stay

We enjoyed our time in Branson. The condo had a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The patio with sliding door was nice. No stairs was a great bonus as I have mobility problems. This unit could have been cleaner and upkeep could have been better though.The fridge leaked water on the floor throughout our stay. The doors on the shower in the main bathroom were coming apart at the top and very shaky. The secondary bathroom had used cotton balls, q-tips and hair on the floor behind the door on arrival. Also the vinyl flooring throughout the unit turned our feet very black. The kids wore socks or flip flops to prevent this. The bathrooms are very, very small and could not accommodate a wheelchair for bathing or toilet use.

Great location and comfortable but…

This Vrbo was great for our trip, but the door lock was finicky and took several minutes at times to get to lock or unlock from outside. We also only had one trash bag for the trip. Parking was great and overall would definitely recommend!

Disappointed.

My main issue is the cleanliness of the property. We paid a cleaning charge, which I'm sure the prior occupant paid too. When we arrived, the floors in most of the rooms had dirt and debris on them, especially the bathroom in 5A. The toilet in the same, had old, dried urine stains. There was an old Band-Aid in the shower. The countertop, and the table in the kitchenette had some sticky substance on them. The stove still had food particles on it. The coffee pot still had old coffee in it as well as the coffee grounds. I'm not sure the bed clothes in the bedroom in 5 had been changed. When I pulled down the comforter the sheet was rather wadded up under it. All in all this was disappointing. I actually took pictures, but there is no way to attach them here. I don't believe we should be charged the cleaning fee. It was probably cleaner when we left

Branson Vacation

Had a great vacation. Everything was just as described. Condo was close to everything yet far enough to keep you away from all the traffic of the strip. Will definitely be back. Loved they left hot chocolate and marshmallows as a little treat when we got back to the room for the night.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The description was very accurate and it was very close to everything so we didn't have to go very far at all to get places. We had a great time.

We had a great time in Branson. There was 6 of us and our little 5lb fur baby for the weekend. The furniture and bedroom setup was different was from pictures, but it all worked out. The couch and chairs are very uncomfortable, but dining room table was great for eating our meals. When driving to the property, the address in GPS doesn’t take you all the way. I had to message them for more information on building and condo number clarification. The building numbers are kinda outa order and confusing. They were quick to respond to my message and even called as we were entering the condo to make sure we found it. If you’re looking for a clean, nothing fancy place to stay with a larger group and fur baby, I would recommend this condo.
