New flat in the centre of Paris in the famous Marais district, 5 minutes walk from the George Pompidou centre (Beaubourg).
It is a very lively area thanks to its many pedestrian streets which give access to many restaurants, very trendy bars of the capital as well as many trendy shops. This district is rich in museums:
- Picasso Museum (650m away),
- Notre Dame de Paris (1km away),
- Musee du Louvre (1.5km away).

Located in the heart of Paris, rue de Montmorency, my 35m2 flat has been completely refurbished since May 2022. Decorated with taste, this flat will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of the Parisian life.

Warm, bright, and very well equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay with your family, your partner or your friends.

This sublime flat is very well arranged and is composed of

- 1 fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven...

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best it can be. As specified in our house rules, there is an additional cost for late arrivals:

After 11pm: 50 euros

You are 9 minutes walk from the famous department stores' BHV. You will find a big supermarket Monoprix (5 rue des Haudriettes) at 1 minute.

My flat is very well served by public transport, which can take you to the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré Coeur or the Arc de Triomphe with great ease.

I advise you to go for a walk towards the rue de Bretagne which is rich in bars and small typical Parisian shops.
