My first VRBO stay and I will go back next time I need to be in that area. The house was GREAT. It is in a residential neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. It was a quiet, safe and walkable neighborhood. We were there for a weekend seminar for our dogs so it was nice to be able to find a place they could be with us. Everything was clean and there were places to eat and quickly shop nearby. Host was fantastic snd very responsive. There were also some basic toiletries available (which was great since I forgot my entire bag). VERY reasonable price for such a great place.

Property cancelled day of arrival due to unexpected additional cleaning
Rated as average as we weren’t able to stay at the property due to an unexpected extra cleaning requirement. Be aware that this is a risk in today’s covid with Vrbo property.
Property manager refunded full amount and apologized and let us know this isn’t how their family prefers to manage their properties. Still leaves everyone in a pinch - renters (us) needing to make last minute lodging choices and property owner Losing rent fee.
My aunt and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay! The house (completed early 2021) is easy to find and is a short drive to Ruoff Music Center (aka Deer Creek), the reason for our getaway. The tastefully decorated house is super clean top to bottom, and we didn't want for a thing -- we especially appreciated the stacks of fluffy fresh towels, cozy bedding, natural light throughout, AND a crushed ice maker! *swoon* We highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again ourselves next summer. Thanks, Thomas and Janne!
Nice, clean, new home on a lake. My daughter enjoyed playing with the toys. Plenty of housing essentials provided. The home is very cozy and well decorated. Thomas was a kind and thoughtful host.
We were in town to see our favorite band play 3 nights at the Ruoff Music Center. We are grateful for having such first-rate accommodations where we could relax/unwind between shows. This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. Thanks Thomas! We'll be back.
