We truly had a lovely stay and the owner was so great. There was a couple things that could’ve made a better stay with having an infant ( a few broken tiles in bathroom, poor water pressure) and of course the peninsula is super packed but overall the stay was amazing and we enjoyed every second
We really enjoyed Jennifers property, and she laid everything out so that we would be comfortable with everything :) Parking is nice and its located in a nice seemingly quiet neighborhood! The pool was closed but we only stayed one night so it wasnt much of an issue :) It was about an 8 minute drive to downtown gulf shores so nicely located!

Everything was very nice. Only suggestion would be maybe to add some more silverware. Have already booked again for next year!
The property was comfortable and in a great location, very easily walk to the beach. The queen beds in 2 of the rooms were super hard but some enjoy that I suppose. Overall I would def stay again. We even left some fun beach toys in the closet for the next guest as it seems that was the thing to do since it was full of toys and floaties.
The home was beautiful and communication with the host when necessary was very easy and efficient. (The only time they were contacted was for information on check in, we had no issues.) The area is very nice, quiet and convenient. Overall highly recommend. Something to mention, I did not realize while booking it was located on the second floor, so keep that in mind if you are not as physically able for stairs.
This is the third summer we've stayed in this condo at Sea Oats. It's spacious and perfect for families with a view of the ocean and pool. The condo itself is clean, it could use some updating but is nice for those with little ones as there is plenty of space to move around. The washer/dryer in unit is a lifesaver. We love the location of this condo as it's right between the lagoon and the beach, neither are a far walk. Everyone is friendly and we have a great time each year! We will be back!
Overall not bad but has some wear and tear over time. This is our first stay at a non vacation club resort in 25 years so we had to adjust our expectations. All in all I thought it was fine but my family was a bit more critical……
We had a great time. You can see the swimming pool from the balcony. There is a lot of space. The kitchen is equipped with blender, 2 medium size crackpots, coffee pot, mixer, toster. The refrigerator has an ice maker. The stove and dishwasher are nice. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. The area restaurants have 2 to 3 hour waiting. The beach is close and the pier is great
Overall we had a great time staying here. Communication with the property owner was quick and very helpful. Just a couple of things worth mentioning. It is on the second floor which can be difficult when hauling in your luggage or groceries. The master bedroom mattress has worn out spots that were so uncomfortable that my husband and I slept sideways on the mattress hoping to help with back pain. The pull out couch is not able to be slept on due to feeling every spring through it and the amount of urine stains on it. If you dont need the pull out, you should be fine. I would stay here again with some upgrades to the mattresses. The place as a whole could use some TLC but we spent most of our time on the beach.

Do not book under 25 or with college friends
It was a beautiful / clean and nice place but most people in the complex live there and are older and DO NOT like college kids. If anything just don’t bring a large group or talk/play music after 9pm. Neighbors will give you dirty looks. Check in was very difficult as well, we could not get in contact with host until hours after check in, and when contacted days before got no response. We also had problems with the parking passes (not enough and expired). Property manager and host were actually very nice just hard to contact.

Condo Review
For the price, it was decent. However, the kitchen had sugar ants and gnats. The bathroom floors & tub need to be upgraded. The furniture in the living room need to be cleaned. Furthermore, the pull out bed in the living room was not worth pulling out. You get what, you pay for.

spring break
Overall experience in renting and accessing property was excellent.
This is the third condo I have stayed at this Sea Oats location and the dirtiest. This condo needs a good cleaning, carpets need cleaned to better yet removed and replaced with tile, who has carpet where sand is everywhere to be tracked in? The sofa needs to be replaced, there was not support, when we sat down we pretty much sunk to the floor. Overall, I would not rent this unit again, it needs cleaning, comfortable furniture and fresh paint.
We so enjoyed our time in the Sea Oats condo. The proximity to the beach is great, we were able to take our three little ones easily to the beach multiple times a day without issue. The traffic is slow on the road in front of the beach. The lagoon is beautiful and a fun place to look for critters/fish. The two pools were great! Never too busy and always friendly people there! The condo itself was super clean and had most things we needed. Wish it had trash bags because it wasn’t something I thought about at the store and I didn’t want to buy 50 for a week… The owners were responsive when issues arose. The unit itself is huge and it was very quiet. The laundry in unit saved us! I wish it had a dining area on the balcony but the double sliding doors are so fun! We often opened it up to let some fresh air in. You can see the pool from the unit- which was great with kids! The beds were comfortable. The couches and carpet could use a cleaning but overall we loved it and will be back!!

Relaxing weekend in Gulf Shores!!
This place was so awesome for our group. It was such a short walk to beach. We were able to escape for sunrise or sunset to read or walk around. Super easy to get to and away from business of spring breakers. We were on a quiet side of beach and didn’t have to fight crowds. Overall we would stay again if we visited Gulf Shores Again!
The building outside looked good. The cleaning service was poor. Dust everywhere. Furniture was run down and not very comfortable. The pull out couch was so lumpy that nobody wanted to sleep on it. Poor water pressure. Stairs were brutal for elderly.
The biggest issue was the condo was on the second floor with no elevator. The condo had a nice layout but needed some updating in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, and it was nice to have a pantry. The built-in ice maker in the kitchen did not work at all and would have been very useful. Some cleaning had to be done in the bathroom cabinet before it felt clean enough to put our things in the cabinet & drawers. The bathrooms needed some updates as there were old, cracked tiles on the floors and the smaller bathroom had an odor in it, which never went away. The owner only communicated with us a couple days before we arrived even though we reached out to her earlier with questions. The swimming pools were great, and it was just a short walk to the beach. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, and the condo met our needs.
