Plage à 50m et tous commerces à proximité.
Situé au 2ème étage au dessus d’un bar dont je suis propriétaire, brouhaha possible le we jusqu’à minuit et demi environ. Plutôt pour jeunes ou couples sans enfants idéalement.
Tarif dégressif en fonction de la durée et de la saison. A la semaine en période de vacances ou 2 nuits mini. Frais de conciergerie comprenant draps et serviettes.
