Only Five Steps From The Beach Access!
"Rock The Sea" is a Beautiful little cottage next to the beach! Within five steps off the property, you already have your toes in the sand. Listed as having 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms; however, there is a spare room on the ground floor that can also sleep 2 people, and another half bathroom and an outdoor shower. There is a huge deck off the back of the house, part of which is covered, so if you’re not into sunburnt, you can still enjoy being outside. You can hear the waves at night as you sit out on the deck. The house also offers two bicycles and beach gear (body boards, skim boards, kids' toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, etc) in the shed underneath the deck for guest use!

My wife and I are from a small town in Pennsylvania called Mertztown. My wife has been vacationing on Hatteras Island ever since she was born! When we started dating when I was 15, she brought me, and I instantly fell in love with the area. From that moment on, I knew we needed to own a piece of paradise. Fast forward almost 7 years, and we finally purchased a fixer-upper in 2021. Spent a lot of blood, sweat, and tears turning it into our dream beach house. From the start, I knew I wanted to share this home with others and let them fall in love with Hatteras Island the same way I did. I've been hosting for two years now and loved every bit of it!
