Vacation home located in the Ligurian hinterland in the unspoiled nature of Val di Vara between forests and hills. The two-story vacation home is surrounded by a large garden with a pop-up pool and is divided into two apartments each with separate entrance. The first floor consists of a living room onto which opens the kitchen, two double bedrooms and the bathroom. Guests also have access to a rustic room with table, wood stove and small area designed as a fitness corner overlooking the garden. In the nearby medieval Borgo Varese Ligure (7 km) you will find pubs and local stores. Trekking lovers can visit an enchanting landscape rich in woods and pastures along various picturesque panoramic paths, also suitable for mountain bikes or horseback riding. The villa is ideally located to visit the coastlines of Cinque Terre, Levanto, Bonassola and Sestri Levante, about 33 km away, and moreover you can practice sports nearby: swimming, tennis, horseback riding and water sports such as rafting, canoeing, canyoning and idrospeed. The nearest highway is 28 km away. In a nearby house lives the janitor who daily takes care of the care and maintenance of the large outdoor area where the pool is located, guests are guaranteed privacy.
