The Pearl is a charming little cottage near sleepy downtown Belton. The location is perfect for exploring the town or for a short trip to historic Salado or to Waco for the Magnolia Market. So many nearby restaurants, each with delicious food! Highly recommend The Pearl.
The property was exactly what we needed and how it looked in the pictures. We liked how close it was to downtown. It was very easy to communicate with property management.
A beautiful, historic house in a lovely town! Our stay was perfect! It was a very cozy house; everything was so clean and nice. Beds comfortable! Location great! Quiet neighborhood! Looking forward to our next stay at "The Pearl" !
Sweet house! Location is perfect for visiting with family. The house was perfect for a small dinner with our daughter and her family. Our granddaughter loved the front porch swing.
Very clean home with distinct historic touches. Easy check in and out. We had an 80+ lady in our family and inside was very accommodating for them. Bottle water and wine in the fridge was a nice amenity. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.
What a great location for celebrating Fourth of July. Just a few steps from parade viewing site and Millers bar b que. this is our second time staying at Historic Pearl. Cute house very clean, safe and easy to walk downtown. Parking pad big enough for 2 cars. Book early as this place is so popular it is always booked.
Perfect place to land. Clean. Comfortable. Good location. Host was proactive, especially given that we had no power for the majority of my stay given the tornado that hit and displaced most families in my area for days
This gem of a Centurian cottage served my small family so well to celebrate privately for my UMHB graduation ceremonies. Plenty of extra linens made the space so comfy.
This property was just perfect for my son and I while we visited Belton. This older home has been updated for modern convenience while keeping its vintage charm. It was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. Kelly was fantastic and check-in was so easy. The property is within easy walking distance of the downtown area. Loved our stay here!
Comfortable and clean house just a few blocks from campus and downtown Belton. Communication with host was great and check in/check out were easy. Home was comfy and we really enjoyed our stay.
This house had it all! Great location, safe quiet neighborhood, close to walking trails and downtown. Place was very well stocked, nicely decorated and very clean. We spent 3 weeks there and was very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
We had a long weekend in Belton and this home was perfect! It was one of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have had, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Bonus was the proximity to restaurants and a grocery store.
We really enjoyed staying at the Pearl when visiting our daughter at UMHB. Well furnished and very clean. Perfect location to the campus and also downtown Belton. Would definitely stay again.
This darling cottage was less than 1/2 mile from UMHB and nestled in the historic part of downtown. So convenient for move in weekend with easy access to the trail for running. The cottage itself was clean and darling. The beds were comfortable and it has some really nice finishes. We’ll definitely be back.
Very cute and clean house in a great location. The expo center is just 7 minutes away and downtown is a short walk. Kelly was a wonderful host and reached out prior to our arrival. If we are in the area again, I would definitely book this house again.

Wouldn’t stay again.
Bed Sheets had black hair all over them. Beds were very uncomfortable, so uncomfortable we had to check out one day early because we couldn’t sleep.
This was our second time to this quiet and homey house. The beds are comfortable, and the home is very clean.
We come from business once a year at the Belton Convention center. Which is a short distance.
The house is walking distance from downtown. Which is great to walk to dinner and cute shops.
