The Space:
Apartment located in one of Paris' most exclusive districts in the iconic Rue Saint Dominique just next to the Eiffel Tower. You'll feel safe and secure in the heart of this exceptional district.
This spacious, functional apartment has been completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.

The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed for two people and extremely comfortable new bedding, a bathroom with bath tub and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a smart TV.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find :

- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV and double convertible sofa bed,
- a bedroom with queen size bed (160 by 200),

From Airports:
Charles de Gaulle (CDG): Choose a taxi for direct access, or take the RER B to Châtelet-Les Halles, then transfer to Metro Line 9, which brings you close to the apartment.
Orly Airport: Take a taxi or the Orlyval light rail to Antony, then continue with the RER B and transfer to Metro Line 9, as outlined above.

From Train Stations:
Gare du Nord/Gare de l'Est: Directly reach us by taking Metro Line 4 to Strasbourg - Saint-Denis, then transferring to Line 9.
Gare de Lyon: Hop on Metro Line 14 to Madeleine, then switch to Line 8 for a smooth journey.

Public Transportation Access:

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for both our guests and hosts, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following guidelines during your stay:

Included Services:
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience.
Professional housekeeping services are available upon your arrival and departure to maintain the apartment's cleanliness.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. Late arrivals will be accommodated the following day from 9:30am, subject to additional charges.
Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged with confirmation 24 hours in advance, potentially incurring a charge equivalent to 50% of a night's rate.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online only by credit card via SWIKLY. This deposit will be refunded from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are incurred.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of €90.
Detection of cigarette odor post-stay will result in a charge of €450.
Extra key service is available exclusively for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys left on the door or inside the apartment may incur fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Please refrain from leaving keys on the door or inside the apartment.
Respect the peace and quiet of neighbors to avoid deposit deductions.
Note that facade restoration work is currently in progress on the building.

Internet Etiquette:
Use of internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works is prohibited.
Browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation is not permitted. Please understand that internet malfunctions from telecom operators are beyond our control and will not result in compensation.

Professional Usage & Photography:
Photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses require prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.

Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement.
