Great accommodation in s great location

This was a stopover visit for us before going onto a wedding - we spent 3 nights and days and it definitely isn't long enough! The apartment was exactly as described and would suit a couple or family. Lots to see and do, underground parking with direct access to apartment block was good. Hope to return next year at some time.

T3 Centre ancien Annecy

Appartement bien agencé refait à neuf plein centre, très propre, fonctionnel, déco sobre et agréable, accès parking public sous l'immeuble, centre ville accessible à pied. Cuisine très bien équipée, 1 chambre donnant sur la place avec lit 2 places + 1 chambre aveugle avec lits superposés, sd bain avec baignoire et rangements. Attention le quartier est très bruyant l'été lorsque l'on dort fenêtres ouvertes (pas de clim) car situé sur une place avec de nombreux bars et restaurants ! Idéal pour une villégiature de quelques jours ou l'hiver. petite remarque : des chevets seraient bienvenus dans les chambres. En revanche un zéro pointé pour Abritel qui n'avait pas versé au propriétaire le montant de la location lors de notre arrivée, ce qui nous a occasionné un refus d'entrée dans les lieux, heureusement rapidement réglé. Expérience malheureusement déjà vécue avec Abritel.
