Large 30 m² terrace and 300 m² enclosed garden with swing set and a playhouse for children and teenagers at the bottom of the garden with outdoor games.
Small dogs welcome on request (€15/day).
A basket of wood is provided for the stove: + €10 per additional basket.
Sleeps up to 8 people. Parking 200 meters away. Beautiful, completely renovated family home with lots of charm and a private spa! Ideally located in the Perche region, close to nature activities such as the Herse pond for fishing, and less than 2 km from a greenway for walking and cycling, as well as cultural visits to the charming little towns nearby, such as Bellême, Longny-au-Perche, La Perrière, and Mortagne-au-Perche.

The price does not include: a basket of wood for the stove: €10 per additional basket.
